Outpatient Program

This program is for clients who have completed our Intensive Outpatient Program this is a less intensive program where the individual will come to our offices at least twice a week for therapy. Group therapy sessions last for 1.5 hours and are facilitated by a licensed therapist. These utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and cognitive restructuring methods. With the help of the therapist and group members, clients learn how to adjust to life without the use of alcohol or drugs. Clients will have the opportunity to work individually with a licensed therapist for ten hours per month, that are scheduled at the convenience of the client, family and therapist. Based on the needs of the client and the therapist’s assessment, these hours also includes individual or family therapy.

Clients who would be best suited for this program:

    • Report a readiness to change to achieve sobriety
    • Need minimal support to maintain abstinence
    • Have a supportive environment and good coping skills

This program includes:

            • Physical Assessment by a physician or nurse practitioner
            • Screening, Intake, Orientation to our services
            • Clinical Assessment including a Bio-Psycho-Socio Assessment
            • Individualized Treatment Planning with an interdisciplinary staff
            • Pharmacotherapy
            • Non-12-Step group therapy session twice weekly facilitated by a therapist for 24 sessions
            • 10 hours of Individual/Family and Group therapy with a licensed therapist
